I stayed here for a few nights and was very pleasantly surprised. The room was great for the price and cleaned every day, had its own mini fridge and tea kettle with tea bags, chocolate & coffee. The owner is extremely kind and welcoming, you will rarely see such a helpful staff. Hotel is well located between Hammersmith and Shepherds Bush stations with shops and restaurants very close. All in all I can easily recommend this hotel to anybody.

Overall: Excellent
Stayed at Hotel Sergul for 2 weeks in Feb 2012. Great location with a huge Tesco literally 3mins away, and tube stations about a 5-7mins walk away (Sheperds Bush or Hammersmith) In terms of the interiors, it had a very homely feel, and the rooms were very well maintained and were tidyed daily. Rooms were regularly replenished with stocks of tea/coffee/hot-choc and biscuits which was a nice touch. However, the real highlight of my stay was Mara, the owner of Hotel Sergul. She really went the extra mile to ensure that I was comfortable and that I had everything I needed for my stay (eg. she supplied a microwave within a few hours of my requesting & she let me use her address for a few online deliveries I was expecting). Mara and Hotel Sergul definitely deserve top marks and I recommend it to everyone else. I will definitely be staying here again the next time I’m in London.

Overall: Excellent
It’s a great hotel, close to Hammersmith tube station, with lots of shops nearby. The room was very nice, clean and it has everything you need. The staff was very nice and helpful. We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Sergul and we hope we’ll come back soon. Liked: Rooms, Service, Location
